Rising not the only new mgs

i read somewhere i think it was on the Gamefaqs boards in the mgs rising section. They were saying how mgs rising isnt the only new mgs gfame there working on. They said the new one comes out in 2010. But is was only a Fanboy tlking they lie

well there is some truth to that
mgs5 will be released in 2010 or earlier(doubtful)
and they are going to make a game for the psp and probably MGO for the new psg

i have no evidence to support the mgo game tho
just a logical guess seeing how mpo+ is probably one of the most successful online games on the psp

kojima also stated that he really liked the versatility of the wii and how it can be used in many ways
maybe kojima productions will also make a game for the wii???

i was reading in gameinformer about the ps3's future marketing campaign for the ps3. head of the campaign starts talking about the ps2

have we used our brain lately?
seriously, if a guy comes up to you and asks,"what is your plan to up the sales for the ps3?" what would you say?
if you are playstation head of marketing, you would say something like this
"well, our plan is to make new with the ps2 *chuckles cuz that just rhymed*. we would also try and focus on more upgrades to make the system up to home standards"

to me, he makes absolutely no sense. first hes talking about the ps2, then all of a sudden the ps3

i think that his plan is NOT to drop prices. instead, add more to it through upgrades and such.

possibly what he means by making new with the ps2 is to add more ps2 games available for download in the playstation store. or maybe he means focusing more on the ps2 so that playstation can get enough money to fund the manufacturing of playstation3's.

this idiot also states that he really believes that the ps3 will stay around for ten years.

the man must see the world as sesame street. with big bird greeting him everyday as his boss. the cookie monster as the man that serves him coffee everyday. i mean truly this man does not see the real world in normal ways.

first, from the day the ps3 was released, 22million have been sold. from the time the 360 was released, 28 million have been sold. the wii comes out on top with an astounding 50 million sold.

if sony is in last place in the first year of the best next-gen race, how the hell does this IDIOT think the ps3 can possibly last 10 years?

second, he has stated somewhere i think that people really like the fact that the ps2 is cheap and a great gaming console. many people think the same way for the wii.
one would think that he would realize that the wii and 360 are quite literaly KILLING the playstation 3 with low prices and constantly dropping their prices and having sales

he should drastically lower the price of the ps3 to get more sales, seeing how most can cost a whopping $400. do you know how many meals that is today? in these horrible times, many people cant spare $400 to buy a ps3 for their family.

third, when has upgrades for a ps3 ever influenced people to buy a ps3?
any system for that matter?
honestly, i think saying that a product is constantly being upgraded is an absolutely horrible idea
obviously, these upgrades are going to be online upgrades.

this is why i hate this campaign idea. If you dont have wifi or are somewhat computer retarded, how the FUCK are you going to get those upgrades? also, people arent ever looking for promised upgrades or anything like that. shit, many people probably dont even look at the box for more than 2 seconds.

Most people nowadays look at the price tag instead of all of the catch phrases and shit on the box, which is one thing ps3 head of 2009-2010 marketing campaign has NOT come to terms with

Y did they take the 20GB ps3 off the market? it wasnt able to play ps2 games but still it was $200 right idk i dont remember but i kno it was whole lot cheaper. Thats were sony went wrong.

the 20gb was the best price ps3. 400 dolaars for there console now 250 for there go. drop the go price to at least 200.The Go dosent look appealing at all

i think it looks kinda cool actually, and i dont mind spending $250 for a handheld
i spent $300 on my ipod!
but u also have to look at all the things it can do
it can stream live tv
has bluetooth
its an mp3 player
its psn compatible
u can store just about anything on it lol

if they are going to drop the price on a system, i would much rather see the ps3 than the psg
the psg is a brand new system, its not suprising to me that they are putting it at a pretty expensive price
they want to get the most money for the least amount sold

playstation fanboys who are willing to pay extra for the psg like me will most likely be lining up at the door to buy it the day it comes out.

so basically their making the prices high in the begginning so they can get the most cash and not selling as many psg's. more buck for their bang.... that sounds dirty lol

this may seem mean at first, but they do this so they can get enough money to reduce prices. if they just make the psg at $200, more ppl may buy it now, but in the long run ppl will be saying "when are the prices gonna drop?"

also i bet that the psg costs about $80 to make. they set the prices so that for every psg sold, they can make 3.

so either take the high price now or later lol
